Now I don't recall what fish they use even though I want to say it was Pollock. But babyyy when I tell youuuuuu ... it did not disappoint!! The fish was cooked perfectly, and they also gave a very decent sized filet. Not to mention on a very soft warm bun. Only thing I didn't like was the packaged tartar sauce, but you could easily fix that by walking over to Simcos and getting the GOOD STUFF! ”
